Bob Fenzel is the creator of Touchstone Training Resources L.L.C. With over thirty years of experience in both of the fields of Operations and Training in many of the nation's most successful Casual Themed restaurants including: Mimi's Cafe, Applebees, Tony Roma's, The Spaghetti Warehouse, TGIFridays, Marriott Hotels and Steak and Ale, Bob is a true veteran of the Hospitality Industry. Bob is proud to have contributed to these operations with his effectiveness as a restaurant operator, his influential leadership and his development in training systems.

Credentials:

Bob is an accredited FMP (Food Service Management Professional) by the National Restaurant Associations Educational Foundation. He is also a Registered ServSafe® Instructor. Bob graduated from Rapport Leadership International and he is an Excellence in Leadership graduate from Georgetown College. Bob is a member of The National Restaurant Association, The National Environmental Health Association and The International Association for Food Protection. In addition, he is a contributing writer for Restaurant Profitability Magazine.

The Creation of Touchstone

Bob's long history with Foodservice Training has motivated him to share his knowledge with other operators as an outsourcing agent. He realizes that many smaller companies desperately want effective Training Programs but cannot afford the burdensome overhead of a Training Department and certainly do not have the time to do it themselves. Touchstone was therefore created as a resource for those Restaurateurs who want to improve their operation with fresh and successful Training Programs.
